At The Boot Lab we have all the latest and best equipment in our workshop that we need to make any adjustment to your ski boots.

We are all unique, with lumps and bumps on our feet that can make a day skiing in a boot that has not been adjusted to us uncomfortable. By putting these hot spots into the shell, we can make our ski boots fit like a glove. From difference in foot length to bunions or ankle pain, these little niggles left unchecked can cause us to have so much discomfort when skiing, we don’t ski all day or wreck a holiday overseas. Talking the time to get it right is what we love to do for all our customers.

SKI RACING PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT

BOOT LIFTS

To increase the height of the boot off the ski. This helps stop the boot from hitting the snow or “booting out” on the snow when skiing, keeping the ski on the snow and in the turn with more power to the snow.

There are various lift heights available.

HEEL AND TOE ROUTING

Once lifters have been fitted to the boot the heel and toe must be routed to DIN specifications so it is safe to use in the binding on your ski.

CUFF ADJUSTMENT

Most ski boots have a cuff adjustment feature that allow us to match the lower leg shape for each person. This helps to keep the ski base flat on the snow, creating better feeling and response time.
